Alan brings decades of experience leading and scaling engineering teams including AOL, Invincea, Sophos and Capital One.

As Head of Marketing, Cindy Chin spearheads all marketing initiatives to help provide research-driven plans and opportunities for brand awareness and growth. Cindy has lead marketing at early stage startups and growth stage companies such as Flocabulary and MarkerBot, as well as lead Digital Marketing and Retention for American Express.

NIKOLAOS BOUGALIS

Marco is AI-powered solutions are on a mission to improve economic conditions in developing economies by providing reliable financial solutions to SME exporters that are underserved by banks. Nikolas will lead the technology organization, working to democratize access to the financial system and provide businesses with the capital they need to fuel their growth. A prominent cryptographer and software engineering executive who has over 20 years of blockchain and financial technology experience. Most recently, he spent ten years in leadership roles at Ripple where he helped architect and build the XRP Ledger.

Say is a communication technology platform intended to help shareholders perform their ownership rights. As CTO and CISO, Chris Coluzzi is responsible for the technical vision and engineering roadmap for Say’s platform, maturing its’ existing systems while leading future product development efforts. Prior, Chris was CTO of CredSimple, a healthcare automation SaaS platform.

Fundera is an NYC-based online credit marketplace for small business, which provides companies with competing offers from dozens of the country's leading small business lenders after submitting just one application. As Chief Technology Officer, Jason Rodriguez brings his expertise as a 20-year technologist who helped lead multiple successful startups, most recently at SoulCycle, to help Fundera get to the next level. Jason holds a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from NYU-Polytechnic School of Engineering.

As VP of Product, Zahra Ladak leads the next generation of Fundera's product offerings while growing the product teams. She brings 15+ years of experience building scalable product teams with expertise in consumer marketplaces, monetization and platform strategy. Prior to joining Fundera, Zahra was Sr. Director of Product for Zocdoc. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from University of Florida.

Ryan Young joins from Etsy where he spent over seven years, most recently as Director of Engineering, and was an original architect of Etsy's payment processing platform. Ryan received his BS, Computer Science & Engineering, from MIT.

MICHAEL SEBAST

BestPass is the leading provider of single-source payment and streamlined toll management services for commercial fleets nationwide. As VP of Engineering, Michael Sebast oversees a team of tech engineers who are changing the face of toll management. Michael has spent the last 13 years at IEEE GlobalSpec in Albany, NY. Most recently as VP of Technology and Delivery, he oversaw a team of 65 engineers focused on the design, development, and architecture of all major software solutions.

CardFlight is a NYC-based SaaS startup, offering mobile payments technology and point of sale solutions for enterprises. As VP of People, Nate Meagher helps the company accomplish its mission in all aspects of the business. Nate is the former VP of People at NYC-startup Animoto, where he led the growth, hiring 85 employees across three office locations.
